US DOC releases reference prices for HR products from Russia

The US Department of Commerce has released itsQ1 2010 reference prices for hot rolled steel products imported from Russia under the scope of the suspension agreement between the two sides. The prices are valid for the period January 1st through March 31st 2010.
The Q1 2010 reference price for commercial and structural quality steel products is USD 295.41 per tonne. The Q4 2009 reference price was USD 300.92 per tonne. The Q1 2010 reference price for HSLA HSLA-F quality steel grades is USD 324.34 per tonne. The Q4 2009 reference price for these products was USD 330.39 per tonnes.
The Q1 2010 reference price for high grade coils and sheets for pipes and casings is USD 377.09 per tonne. The Q4 2009 reference price for these products was USD 384.13 per tonne.
